RMA Workflow

Step 1:

If you need to return any material, contact our service department by phone, fax or by filling in our online form to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide the following information to help us with your request:

our delivery note or invoice number

our part number

your customer number (stated on your invoice or delivery note)

reason for returning the part or a detailed fault description.

Step 2:

Carefully pack the parts to prevent transport damage, using ESD-compliant material, if necessary.

Indicate the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Create a delivery note using the information in step 1. Send the package, along with the delivery note, to our address, marked as “delivery free domicile".

 Step 3:

After receipt, we will check and repair or replace the damaged goods you sent in. Please allow 15 to 20 working days for the goods to be received, registered, repaired and returned to you. If spare parts must be ordered, this period may be longer.

In some cases, repair can only be carried out by the manufacturer. For information on the status of your repair, please contact our service department.
