Dot Gap market standard is 30 micron. Our HQ series is only 15 micron.
Having the dots closer together creates a much sharper contrast than the industry standard.

  



Batron Modules with easyFluid©
Data Modul offers alphanumeric modules with a special liquid crystal material. This so called “easyFluid©” is designed for a temperature range of -20°...+70°C.
Usually LCD-modules with such an extended temperature range must be supplied with a negative LCD voltage. To guarantee optimal contrast over the total temperature range it was necessary to provide a temperature compensation in the circuit. LCD modules with easyFluid© on the contrary have the advantage to be operated with a positive single 5V voltage!
Thus temperature compensation is no longer necessaryl – plus over the total temperature range it is no longer necessary to readjust the contrast voltage.
