Integration Service

For the production as well, we rely on state-of-the-art equipment and – above all – on our skilled staff. Therefore, constant training of our staff, e.g. soldering skills and ESD protection, is very important to us. At two production sites with a total area of more than 11,960 sq yds (10,000 m²), we process orders with lot sizes from one unit up to several hundred units per product and day. Our facilities are of course ESD-compliant according to standard DIN EN 61340. With the help of ultra-modern measuring and testing equipment as well as customer-specific labeling and bar-coding, we are meeting the highest quality and traceability standards. Touch panel integration is carried out in a clean room complying with ISO 14644-1 class 5 specifications to guarantee dust-free gluing of the touch unit and the display. A high degree of flexibility allows us to cope with any market requirements by accommodating varying production volumes and a growing product range.
